Dates are only released 2 months in advance. 

A deposit is required when booking a treatment, they are non refundable but taken off your total. 

If you are unable to attend your appointment please contact us immediately on info@kitauraesthetics.co.uk 7 days before your appointment or you can reschedule the appointment online up to 7 days before the appointment, which will not effect your deposit. Failure to cancel or rearrange with 7 days notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Please arrive to your appointment at least 10 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time and lose of your deposit. Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs on time: however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. 

Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment and lose of your deposit or reduced treatment time. 

No children under the age of 16 years are permitted within the clinic at any time. 

To secure an appointment with Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd a deposit will be required. 

For an appointment a deposit of £50 will be charged at the time of booking, in order to secure the appointment. 

Deposits are non refundable. In the event of a timely cancellation, deposits can be used towards payment for treatment or left on your account for future treatments. 

Should deposits remain unclaimed by the client following 12 months of inactivity Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to withhold the deposit. 

Special offers or discontinued pricing quotes are valid until stated on offer or for 3 months from quotation. 

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid in full in advance of the first treatment. 

All treatments courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase: any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. 

Prepaid treatments and treatment plans are strictly non-refundable. In cases of change in suitability a credit note of gift voucher will be offered. Any credit agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of the treatment, with the difference returned to you as a credit on account. 

Cancelled treatments will not be refunded as cash. 

We always assess whether a treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful prior to any treatment being carried out. If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation where applicable. 

Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd reserves the right to refuse treatment if the practitioner deems the client unsuitable at any stage. 

Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd will not be liable in contract, tort ir otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in any connection with its provision of any goods and /or services to the client. 

It is the clients responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result if the clients failure to disclose such details. 

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or in behalf of Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd regarding the care of a treated area. 

Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd liability for any personal injury resulting from Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd negligence. 

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither party shall be liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control including, without limitation, acts of God (such as, but not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, and floods, disease or famine), acts of war or terrorism, shortage of supply, breakdowns or malfunctions, interruptions or malfunctions of computer facilities, or loss of data due to power failures or mechanical difficulties with information storage or retrieval systems, labor difficulties or civil unrest. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of such an occurrence, Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd agrees to make a good faith effort to perform its obligations. 

In the event of a government enforced closure of the clinic, or reduction in services, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, treatments will be postponed accordingly. Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd  is not obliged to offer compensation or refund of deposits, vouchers, prepaid treatments or treatment courses, as a result of a delay to treatment due to Covid-19 closures. 

Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd endeavours to treat all its clients appropriately, compassionately and fairly. If, however, you have an issue with any matter in relation to your treatment at Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd, you are entitled to lodge a complaint, either verbally, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance with making your complaint Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd will be pleased to help. 

The member of staff who initially receives the complaint will convey the details to the clinic Director or their designated deputy, and you will receive a letter within 2 days of lodging the complaint that an investigation into the matter is under way. 

During the course of the investigation, Kitaur Aesthetics Ltd may require you to attend an additional consultation with the practitioner involved in your treatment, if this is deemed appropriate. If you are not satisfied with this initial attempt at resolution, or have any objection to being seen by this practitioner, the clinics Director will review the case.
